The sail awning features 160GSM waterproof material that blocks nearly 98% of harmful UV rays and direct sunlight. Its "breathable" fabric permits air circulation while providing a level of waterproofing and cooling.
To set up the sunshade, first measure and clean the installation area. Ensure there is a gap of 0.5 to 1 foot between the attachment point and the shade sail for hardware or ropes. The waterproof sail should be installed at a slight angle of 20 to 40 degrees and properly tensioned to prevent water pooling.
In scientific manufacturing, the final product can vary by ± 2 inches. We decided to shape it during production by splicing. However, we have implemented the newest technology of hot adhesive film at the splice. Therefore, please ensure that the hot glue side is facing down during installation.
